The Analytical Dashboard allows you to analyze developments and trends in your data over a selected period of time.

The Analytical Dashboard does not only show the current state, but also how your data has changed over time.

What does the dashboard show?

In the Analytical Dashboard, you can see for example:

  • development of processing activities over time

  • changes in status or progress

  • distributions and trends within your data

  • evaluations based on historical data

The data is displayed based on specific points in time, meaning it reflects how the data existed at that moment.

Filter options

You can adjust the view using filters such as:

  • time period

  • organizational units

  • labels

This allows you to analyze specific areas or timeframes in more detail.

What is the dashboard used for?

The Analytical Dashboard is mainly used for:

  • identifying trends and developments

  • analyzing progress over time

  • preparing reports and evaluations

  • gaining a deeper understanding of your data

Note

Since the dashboard uses historical data, values may differ from current views if entries were changed or deleted afterwards.
