In this section, you must specify where the data is located or stored. This can usually be:
Tools or software
Physical data storage (e.g. folder, paper file)
Internal digital data storage (own server, drive XY)
can be.
Data storage locations can be found in the
Resources > Data sources/storage locations or
External recipients > Page 2 “Products”
can be linked to external recipients. This is indicated by the [square bracket]. Selecting the data storage location automatically adds the external recipient and thus facilitates complete documentation, especially if the service provider behind a software solution is not immediately recognizable to laypersons.
